I understand the volunteer attorney I speak with is available for a 30-minute consult, and only that. The attorney is not my legal representative and will not be filing court documents on my behalf or representing me further in court unless a formal written agreement is signed by both the attorney and myself, which will detail the scope of the arrangement. I understand that the attorney may be unable to provide guidance or assistance depending on my situation and that there is no guarantee of any outcome after speaking with the volunteer attorney.  I also understand if I make an additional appointment with Employment 411, I may not have the same attorney.
